Beaumont Hotel

Façade retention of a Grade ll listed building to create the street scene for a 75 bed boutique hotels. The project was developed in conjunction with Grosvenor estates. The internationally acclaimed sculptor, Antony Gormley, has designed a habitable sculpture, “Room”. In addition to the bedrooms the hotel offers a royal suite, private dining area, bar & restaurant, conference rooms plus a spa & gymnasium. The hotel has been internationally recognised as one of the best boutique hotels.
