Belfry Hotel

The demolition of the existing Belfry Hotel in Warwickshire following the construction of a new 640-bed hotel, complete with a banqueting hall, a 1000-person conference room, leisure facilities and underground parking.  Redevelopment of the PGA golf course and the construction of a new world headquarters for the PGA with training facilities and a 36 double-tiered golf range – all while the hotel remained in operation.
