Broughton House, Home for Ex Military Men and Women, Salford

Dooleys have been appointed as the project and programme managers, quantity surveyors and principal designers for the provision of a new £12.8m Veterans Care Village in Salford. The project consists of the part demolition of an existing building on the site while constructing a new 72-room facility with nursing support, leisure facilities, a bistro, and back-of-house facilities including a laundry.

The new building will be constructed while the existing Veteran’s care facility is still in operation. Additionally, there will be 20 independent senior living apartments constructed all around a sensory garden and there will be the provision of new external car parking facilities and utility connections.
