Northenden Road

The project consists of the demolition of existing building on the site, and the creation of a new build ten bed mental care facility over three floors with associated communal and support accommodation, including associated External Works and services infrastructure.

The external space consists of soft and hard landscaped areas, tree planting, raised planters, water features, benches and secure parking for 9 nr vehicles.
