Paper Mill

A new-build paper mill comprising of a new state of the art paper mill facility, a storage warehouse, ancillary buildings which would include a water treatment plant, CHP, etc. as well as extract and outfall to the Manchester ship canal, and land reclamation/stabilization works of the proposed site.
