West End Development

The project consists of a Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) bid for the development, conversion and extension to the west end of the Grade I listed Manchester Cathedral.  The facility will make provision for learning, teaching, volition, retail and for the practical provision of toilets and storage space.  Dooleys are Project Managers for the development phase of the project, encompassing the development of the design brief in conjunction with relevant stakeholders, design consultancy service appointments, development of statutory authority permissions and whole scheme cost planning.
